The Team

Nicole Fowler

Owner and Founder

As a kid, I dabbled in every type of physical activity that I could find time to do. I was a gymnast, track runner, dancer, swimmer and cheerleader. Moving my body was fun and It taught me that a sedentary life is unhealthy and makes me feel sluggish and unhappy. I never had any major injuries but had plenty of aches/pains sprains and strains. And sitting on the sidelines was the worst.

I received my psychology and sociology degree and continued on to PT school so that I could help others recover from their injuries/conditions, whatever kept them down. I began work in the typical PT setting treating patients of all ages and conditions. But there was something more that I needed to do. Why wait until an injury to get care? Preventive care is far more important and keeps you in the game of life. My journey led me to massage school get my license so that I could help others prepare, maintain, and recover.

Since then, I have added pilates, dry needling, cupping, red light therapy, ART, and a stretching protocol to my bag of tools. It is my job to guide and help others find what works for them.

I have worked with spinal cord injury/brain injury patients, alzheimer and home health patients, in hospitals and outpatient orthopedic settings, with the Houston ballet, Austin ballet, Ice bats hockey team, and created a unique and detailed stretch program. As different as these all sound, all have one thing in common: To do more than you did yesterday. My goal is to help you do more, live a less restricted life, and become a better version of yourself.
